For AngelHack, every client solution was unique—a strength that became a liability. Unlike software companies that could demo a one-size-fits-all product, their services required reps to imagine the future with each prospect. The result? Endless hours crafting bespoke proposals:
- Time sink: AEs spent too much time building decks from scratch.
- Inconsistent storytelling: Without a framework, proposals lacked clarity on timelines, ROI, or proof of results.

To turn abstract offerings into concrete value, we built a modular proposal deck that answered one question: “What will working with us actually look like?” This templates also provided a structure for reps to develop their pitches easily without having to create new slides and layouts.
Using Real Examples: Helping a client visualise a service goes beyond mere images. We recognised the need to provide context and content to these images, including hyperlinked case studies to each of AngelHack’s services so clients could see what we’ve done before and learn more about it.

Building Trust and Tangibility with Case Studies
AngelHack had a goldmine of past case studies that was untapped. We turned past wins into future sales fuel, creating a library of 80+ case studies spanning multiple industries and use cases. This become a useful resource for account executives to curate relevant case studies for each client.


Operationalising Sales Collaterals
Creating a structure for proposals and case studies opened a world of automation and AI for us. With a clear idea of what content we needed, we tuned custom GPTs to help support the writing and even generation of proposals.

Templates allowed us to define structured outputs that we needed while custom GPTs turned raw, unstructured notes into structured content for the proposals. With GPT actions, AEs can enerate proposals directly from the chat itself, overcoming the inertia of starting a proposal from a blank slate. Within minutes, the bot could synthesise all the relevant information on the proposal and generate a complete proposal for the AE on Google Slides.
